Happy Tuesday Everyone! 
Have you been keeping up with the Winter Olympics? All those athletes reaching their goals is pretty inspiring! Seeing the athletes and hearing them talk about their journey reminded me that everyone’s path to fitness is so different! 
That’s why this week’s issue is about testing out what works best for you! Everyone’s body is different so it’s important to listen to your body and see how it reacts to things. Whether it’s a new diet, new supplements or a new cooldown routine. Do what works well for you and everything else should follow suit.
