I hope you all had a lovely Christmas. I think it is safe to say that we have all just eaten our body weight in food, but I am here to say don’t punish yourself for doing this! Just forget it and set the tone for the rest of the week. 
It will be hard but getting to the gym once or twice or even going for a short jog will really make you feel less lethargic.
